We may collect your name, location, contact details and other information (“your data”) from publicly available sources such as your company’s website or LinkedIn or other source and may use it for marketing purposes (i.e. to invite you to events that we think you would be interested in) and (if you accept our invitation) for events administration. We have a legitimate business interest in holding your data for marketing our events and are collecting this data to ensure we send you relevant information and invitations. We may disclose your data to associated companies or third party service providers that we have engaged to help us with our marketing activities and events organisation. We may also disclose information you give us to our partners but will anonymise the data so that it is not identifiable. We will hold your data for so long as is necessary to fulfil the above purposes.
